2. Scope of Service
Frachtmeister International Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider") provides moving, transportation, and related logistics services to its clients (hereinafter referred to as the "Client").
3. Conclusion of the Contract
The contract between the Client and the Service Provider is concluded upon written or electronic confirmation of the service order by the Service Provider.
4. Performance of the Service
The Service Provider shall perform the service at the time and location specified by the Client. The Client is obligated to provide all necessary information accurately and in a timely manner.
5. Use of Subcontractors
The Service Provider is entitled to engage subcontractors for the performance of the ordered service. The Service Provider shall be liable for the acts of the subcontractor as if performed by itself.
6. Mediated Services
The Service Provider reserves the right to render part or all of the ordered services as mediated services.
Mediated services are those that are ordered by the Service Provider on behalf and for the benefit of the Client from a third party (subcontractor) and are resold to the Client without any modification.
Such services will be specifically marked on the invoice with the following note:
"This invoice includes mediated services."
7. Payment Terms
The Client shall pay the service fee within the payment deadline indicated on the invoice issued after the service is performed. In case of late payment, default interest shall be applied in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code.
8. Liability
The Service Provider shall act with due care during the performance of the service. The Service Provider shall not be liable for damages arising from the Client’s fault, omission, or improper packaging of transported items.
9. Complaint Handling
The Client may send comments or complaints to info@frachtmeister.hu or in writing to the registered office. The Service Provider shall investigate and respond to complaints within 15 days.
10. Final Provisions
These General Terms and Conditions come into effect upon acceptance by the Client. The Service Provider reserves the right to unilaterally modify the terms, which will be published on its website. The Client accepts the modified terms by placing a new order.
